The following shipping methods are currently available (please note shipping times depend on your location):

We ship US orders using USPS. Keep in mind that USPS will deliver to PO boxes, and in some areas requires a PO box as a drop off location.   

We ship expedited orders via FedEx. Please note FedEx does not 
deliver to PO Boxes. 

Duties & Taxes

International and Canadian customers ordering from the US may be subject to Duties & Taxes upon delivery. 
This will most often be referred to as "C.O.D." by the postal service. Please note that this is the cost of importing goods into your country, and it is determined by your government, not Oliberté.

If possible, please select your country's flag from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. Duties & Taxes will be calculated at checkout if you are purchasing from your country's site.

Order Processing Times and Order Tracking

Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time. Please note handling time may take longer during peak sale periods. 

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. ET are processed the same business day, Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day. We may ship multiple piece orders out from multiple locations, and they may be received separately. 

Confirmation Emails

You will receive a confirmation email immediately following the placement of your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number for your order. These emails are sent automatically. If you do not receive these notifications, please check your spam folder or contact


Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and your credit card will be refunded. Note – refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you have not seen any tracking movement within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please email us at or call 905-901-3660, and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Additional Confirmations

We will contact you by email or phone if any additional information is necessary to identify or confirm your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Free Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for North American customers for up to 
45 days after the item was purchased. Products sold and stated as FINAL SALE, and Gorilla Wax are not eligible for return or exchange, no exceptions. For more information, go to
